Front Engraving Instructions

Option 1. Logo Only

Custom engraving your school logo

  1. From the FRONT ENGRAVING drop-down select ARTWORK ONLY.
  2. Click the CHOOSE FILE button to upload an image of a school logo.
  3. You will receive a proof to review and approve before we process your order.

 

Option 2. Logo, Name and Class Year

Custom engrave your school logo, the graduates name and graduating class year

  1. From the FRONT ENGRAVING drop-down select ARTWORK + NAME + DATE.
  2. Click the CHOOSE FILE button to upload an image of a school logo.
  3. Type in the name (e.g. KIM FISCHER) in the GRADUATE'S NAME field.
  4. Type in the year (e.g. 2020) in the CLASS OF DATE field.
  5. You will receive a proof to review and approve before we process your order.

 

Back Engraving Instructions

Option 1. Text Engraving

Text engraving in Roman, Block and Script font

  1. Text engraving on the back is optional, and costs $10 per line.
  2. 1 to 4 lines of text can be engraved with up to 12 characters per line
  3. Text can be engraved in ROMAN, BLOCK or SCRIPT font styles
  4. Under BACK ENGRAVING select TEXT ENGRAVING and follow the options and instructions.

Option 2. Custom Engraving (Artwork + Text)

Custom engraving of handwriting

  1. Custom engraving on the back is optional, and costs $50.
  2. Select this option to engrave a handwritten message, or text and artwork together.
  3. Under BACK ENGRAVING select CUSTOM ENGRAVING.
  4. Upload your ARTWORK IMAGE or upload your ENGRAVING PROOF.
  5. We recommend that you email us your artwork and text with a description of your layout and we will create an ENGRAVING PROOF for you to preview upload.
